3.1 Deposit Terms

All deposit transactions must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's name. Funds from third-party accounts or unknown sources will not be accepted. For bank transfers, transactions can be made through any major Bangladeshi bank, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, or Sonali Bank.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. After a withdrawal request is submitted, funds are generally sent within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, if verification is still in progress, this time may be slightly longer.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the bk995 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not directly accepted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

After opening a new account at bk995, a 100% match bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 applies and your total balance will be ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Terms for Promotional Offers

• Each promotion has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after the period expires.
• bk995 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Whether multiple promotions can be combined will be stated in the individual terms of each offer.

VIP tier advancement depends on activity and loyalty. bk995 reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time.

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games and betting activities on bk995 are conducted on the basis of fair play principles. Any attempt to manipulate results, use cheat software, operate bots, or gain an unfair advantage will result in account cancellation.

6.2 Sports Betting
